What’s up people. Hopefully you checked out Malbin’s workout playlist that he put up last month, if not check that out here. This will be my workout playlist and it varies drastically from Malbin’s. Different shades for different folks. I represent a more boom-bapistic approach, some new songs some older but all dope and they are sure to get you pumped to max out 10 more pounds than you ever have on the bench press. I’ll have separate .mp3 streams for each track but on this page there is also a .zip link of all the songs below. The playlist’s about 90 minutes long so it should make it through your entire workout, if it doesn’t you’re not getting the best workout.
