Hip-Hop & R&B Sales For 11/12/13 – 11/19/13

sail out

Urban releases have been very slow in the past few weeks, so that will explain my lack of making these compilations. But this week, we saw Eminem’s album go platinum in it’s second week, as well as Jhene Aiko have her debut EP have the highest opening week sales for an EP in Def Jam history. Along with a few Christmas releases, we saw Chris Webby (no, really) break the top 50 with new releases this week. Many urban releases actually outsold their sales from last week, like Tamar Braxton & John Legend, so that’s great to see.
