You may remember Joyce’s voice from her contributions to Dom Kennedy & OpM’s Young Nation Vol. 1 project, but this week Joyce Wrice released a new single titled ‘Love Thang’ that is undoubtedly one of the better tracks I have heard this year. Co-written by the good man ZEKE and produced by Polyester, Joyce Wrice created a soothing west coast love anthem that sounds like a track that would of fit perfectly on the Poetic Justice soundtrack. Her voice just gives off a tremendous nostalgic vibe, and trust me, we’ll be covering her more in the future.
