We are all aware of the problems Lupe Fiasco has had with Atlantic Records, but it looks like those troubles might be blowing into the past. Lupe tweeted that Chill is negotiating a deal with Atlantic that will make his forthcoming album Tetsuo & Youth (dropping on January 20, 2015) his last album on the deal. If they can really negotiate this plan right, it’ll be interesting to see what Lupe opts to do as in independent artist.
Chill is still negotiating the terms but it's looking like Tetsuo & Youth will be my last album with Atlantic Records.
