Fetty Wap and New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz hail from the rough New Jersey neighborhood of Paterson, thus this dedication was logical. I’m just surprised it took so long, especially since Victor Cruz has been on the decline (due to injury) and it doesn’t seem too hopeful that he’ll be his salsa dancing self on the field again.
