Real excited to share this new one from Seattle producer Samurai Del. He’s got his debut album Hodgepodge on the way and this is the incredibly silky, smooth single that needs to go worldwide. He teams up with familiar face MistaDC as well as Cole from Brothers From Another and the product is one magnificent piece of funky, electronic, groovy, wavy, jazzy hip hop music. And yes, that was a lot of adjectives but truly, I need to use more because there’s so many sounds and different influences mashed together here. Shit, it truly is a hodgepodge but hodgepodge is almost the wrong word because this mixture of sound is so damn organized and organic. The music speaks better than I do however so lets allow that to do the talking. Hit play down below.
