Joyner Lucas – I’m Sorry (Video)

Joyner Lucas’ songs are always strong and deep in meaning but his music videos, which are self-directed are often even more powerful (just look at “Ross Cappichioni” or “Happy Birthday“). “I’m Sorry” is another brilliant, poignant display as we’re introduced with a man tying a belt around his neck, using it just like a noose in an attempt to hang himself. The song tackles depression, suicide and mental illness head on in a brutal form but it’s often the best to tell a much too common story like this without sugar coating anything. Watch it all above.
