The 20-year old bay area emcee has delivered his debut album, his heart and soul at this point in his young music career. The LP’s titled Jentrify, clearly eluding to the word “gentrify” a phenomenon that’s happening over here in New York but also in the Bay Area. San Francisco has always been an artistic hub but it’s shifted in the past decade into a technological playground as many technological entrepreneurs have flocked to the area to get their dreams in motion or help in the process of others dreams.
This has all made San Francisco the most expensive U.S. city to live in and it’s affecting Oakland too. Zumbi, 1/2 of Zion I made a song about it not too long ago and now Elujay has a whole project loosely based on the theme. Check the project out below which features Rexx Life Raj, Caleborate, Trapo and more.
