Australia’s not exactly a prevalent force in hip hop but there’s a breed of new emcees that are really making some noise from out there and Manu Crooks is the most prominent. His music doesn’t sound Australian and you would never figure that out solely from listening to his music. He sounds perfectly at home amongst the scene of sound coming from North America.
