Wale‘s a free man now and that gives him the freedom to drop surprise EP’s whenever he pleases. And that’s what he just did here with this brand new, 4-track extended play It’s Complicated. Wale‘s been coming through with a lot of love-related songs and that holds true on this new EP as well. And right off the bat as I hit play on this first song, this reminds me of the Wale that was neck and neck with guys like J. Cole and Kid Cudi at the start of this decade.
