There’s not enough music videos that feel cinematically gripping but dvsn‘s new music video is one that certainly is. The title track from their last album was already beautiful but this new video proper gives it new life and it enhances the song. I don’t know whether to slow dance to this song or cry to it and the music video gives off the same vibe. The sepia tinted Santiago Salviche directed video just feels so real. It intercuts between the present and the past, showing a girl with her new found love and the past shows clips of her childhood. It’s interwoven together beautifully but there’s a lot more going on and the new found love isn’t quite so simple. Give it a watch above.
