A little digging today led me onto Vaboh, a new artist out of the DC with a lot of potential. His newest song “Mistakes Before I’m Gone” didn’t immediately hit me. He doesn’t have the greatest voice but that specific grunge in his voice actually ended up making this catchy tune more perfect. I really can’t get this one out of my head. It’s an emo tinged bop that lies most closely in the R&B genre but Vaboh‘s certainly a medley of styles. Go ahead and peep the tune below.
