Prolific Kiwi singer-songwriter/producer Maxwell Young has been on the Fashionably Early radar for a long time now, but with his new Only Romantics EP he introduces a fully fleshed out sound that he should be proud to call his own. Standing at 6 cohesive tracks, Only Romantics is a story of unabashed innocence and purity with a strong dose of heartbreak. Marked with vivid, honest songwriting and his own ambitious but startlingly intimate production, Maxwell is at the forefront of a movement of young crooners in the internet age.
