The Palm Springs rap troupe LORD$OFDOGTOWN really impressed me when I stumbled upon their first song “PANIC”. There’s a lot of rap groups right now, from Brockhampton to Shoreline Mafia and so on and what I love about LORD$OFDOGTOWN is that they don’t feel like a descendent of any of the more established groups. They have their own sound, their own aesthetic and it’s exciting. They just let loose their newest single “DYNA$TY” that is probably my second favorite of theirs behind “PANIC”. This one’s eery and spooky to an extent, but also so hypnotic. You definitely need this song in your life and on a playlist or 2. Go ahead and hit play below.
