We’re headed up to Ontario to introduce you to Cat Clyde. The talented indie-folk artist recently released her album Hunters Trance via Cinematic Music Group, who is most known for their rap releases including Joey Badass, Flipp Dinero, Smoke DZA, T-Pain, & many others. This album won’t feature anything remotely close to hip-hop but it is truly a great body of work. The 11 track album features beautiful songwriting, organic instrumentation and really something that will touch your soul. The album’s single ‘The River’ is a true standout for me but this whole thing deserves a spin or six.
