The talented artist is making his own brand of R&B out of his bedroom and his new release ‘Blanc’ showcases loads of potential. The double-sided single has a standout with the title track, which features a stripped back instrumental that allows the vocals and powerful lyrics to shine. There’s also a little electronic breakdown towards the end of the song that adds a nice touch. ‘Summertime’ has a similar vibe but stays into the bedroom soul realm. This is a real easy listen that makes you feel something.
