We are headed up to Detroit to introduce you to cheer captain. This new talent has a handful of records on his Soundcloud but his latest ‘a letter i wrote to you’ is easily his magnum opus to-date. The key-driven instrumental grows as the song progresses and the performance really gives me an early 2010s vibe, which reminded me how awesome that era of alternative R&B was. cheer captain‘s got something brewing here and with his new EP due out on September 27th, we’ll see if what he’s been cooking up.
