17-year-old Annapolis Maryland native Shore is making his Fash Debut after being relatively quiet during the second half of 2021. With a few singles earlier this year and his debut EP, “Rays of Hope” dropping this past July, the young artist came out of the gate swinging this year. Powerful hooks, phenomenal vocal control, and the confidence to go bar for bar with your favorite rapper are what we‘ve seen from the Shore in the past.
Today, he released a very polished track titled “RED,” which shows a more mature version and an experimental side of himself. The vocalist is evidently “feeling out the waters” with the release of his music, constantly playing (and in my opinion succeeding) with new styles, new flows, and different genres under the rap and hip-hop umbrella.
Embodying some influence from the likes of Shordie Shordie and Roddy Rich, SHORE tackles this production effortlessly and more or less sings on this one, compared to his fast-paced punchline-filled work. The hook is so memorable and filled with allusions to the real environment and life that he living. “RED” is an easy save and the perfect track to spin on the late night. Keep your eyes out for an accompanying visual from the budding artist.
