During the early part of 2020, soon to be hometown hero E the profit appeared on streaming services and began releasing a slew of singles. In May of 2021 was when the Elsmere, Kentucky native gained widespread recognition with the release of his viral single “Bluegrass.” The 23-year-old rolled “Bluegrass” into his debut album “E for Effortless” and although being widely accepted, he was relatively quiet after its release, until a few new snippets surfaced in late December.
Following the teasing of a new song, E released “Evergreen” produced by Rocco Roy and stiff armed his way into 2022 with a gritty single. It’s only been a little over a week since it’s release and “Evergreen” is approaching 100K streams on Spotify alone. As he prepares for a show in Cincinnati this Thursday with Zelly Ocho, E is continuing to add fuel to his fire with a much awaited visual for “Evergreen.” Shot by the team over at Soul Serum, this fast paced, rowdy visual with very run and gun scenes paints an excellent picture of the Midwest artist and effortlessly complements the track.
E is continuing to spread his seeds with shows and releases, and is preparing for another body of work to be released during the spring. While you wait, immerse yourself in Evergreen and enjoy partaking in the young artists’ rise.
