Formerly a member ofCaveboy, Isabelle Banos has been releasing music under the name ballsy since 2023, and their new single “person” recently came across our radar. The self-produced, dreamy indie pop soundscape draws inspiration from 90s grunge and dream pop influences. The guitar work on this one is really special, and the explosive chorus is a nice moment from a sound that relatively gives us more relaxed vocal performances.
