Payroll Giovanni & Cardo Sign to Def Jam Records

Major congrats are due to Payroll Giovanni & Cardo. The former head of Detroit rap group Doughboyz Cashout & the super producer Cardo announced today that they have inked a deal with Def Jam Records. The two are preparing to release their album Big Bossin Vol. 2 at the top of 2018 and with this new deal, the project should see some serious push. This will be Payroll’s first major label release since he released ‘Mob Life’ with Doughboyz Cashout on Atlantic Records in 2013. If Big Bossin Vol. 2 is anything close to Vol. 1, which was one of our favorite albums of last year, we’re about to be in for a treat.
