Trap or Die 3 will ultimately end up debuting at #2 with 87,479 in total consumption (71,000 in pure sales). Those numbers are a testament to Jeezy‘s supportive fanbase after all these years. The album didn’t have a big pre-release single but the hype from the return to the Trap or Die series definitely helped in these sales.
Meek Mill‘s DC4 had very little pre-release promotion but his numbers were still very strong. DC4 will debut at #3 with 83,331 in total consumption (44,000 in pure sales). Impressive numbers for a digital only mixtape. Six songs off the album were in the top 50 most streamed on-demand songs this week – led by ‘Litty’ featuring Tory Lanez which accumulated nearly seven million streams.
On another note, ASAP Mob‘s new compilation project Cozy Tapes Vol. 1 will debut at #13 with 20,268 in consumption (7,474 in pure sales).
