Last night, the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards was completely taken over by Eminem‘s alarming cypher completely obliterating US President Donald Trump. While Em is getting all the praise, the other four cyphers featured some brilliant performances from some of rap’s brightest new stars. Artists like J.I.D., Cozz, Tee Grizzley, 6LACK, Denzel Curry, Ski Mask the Slump God, & Belly really showed out on a big stage in front of an audience that likely isn’t too familiar with their material. Freebandz’ artist Zoey Dollaz sent some shots at Joe Budden, which is always fun.
