Mafioso rap pioneer Kool G Rap announced recently that he will be releasing his first album in six years this summer, and today he drops off the first single, teaming up with M.O.P. veteran Lil’ Fame and Philadelphia’s own Freeway on “Wise Guys”. This cut is classic boom bap, with production from MoSS and cuts from Statik Selektah. G Rap’s new album, Return of the Don, releases June 2, is produced in full by MoSS and will feature the likes of Cormega, Raekwon, Westside Gunn, Sean Price & more. Stream “Wise Guys” below.
