Kendrick Lamar & TDE Reveal The Release Date & Tracklist To ‘Black Panther: The Album’

Marvel’s Black Panther film is one of the most anticipated of the year and it’s really a huge milestone movie. It’s the first Marvel film with a predominantly black cast and accordingly, black people as well as all people will be lining up in droves to see this film. It’s already getting rave reviews after all. The movie officially hits theatres on February 16th and a week before that we’ll be getting a real treat. Kendrick Lamar and Top Dawg curated the original soundtrack for the film and on February 9th, they’ll be releasing that.

Kendrick just took to twitter to officially announce the release date as well as share the cover art and tracklist. It stands at 14 tracks and includes a mightily impressive list of artists including The Weeknd, Swae Lee, Khalid, Anderson .Paak, Jorja Smith, SOB x RBE, James Blake, Travis Scott, Schoolboy Q, Mozzyand so much more. This is surely going to be special!
